Impact San Antonio is pleased to announce its grant application schedule for 2017. We invite nonprofit agencies seeking funding for a new project or an expansion of an existing project to apply. We will accept applications beginning Monday, May 8, 2017, with a submission deadline of Friday, June 9, 2017 at 5:00 pm.
Consistent with our desire to enhance the grant application experience, we are pleased to announce our conversion to our new grant management system, Foundant GLM. It is web-based and easy to use.
We will offer two training sessions this year. Both sessions will be identical in content. Sessions will address our new, streamlined application system. Attendance is not required for grant submission, but changes have been made to the application so attendance is advisable.

Impact San Antonio awards multiple $100,000 grants annually to non-profit organization(s). Grant applications are accepted in five focus areas: arts & culture; education; family; environment, recreation, & preservation; and health & wellness. Separate committees review and evaluate the applications to select finalists. The due diligence process includes site visits for a select few.
On Grant Award Night at the Impact San Antonio Annual Membership Meeting in late October, Impact San Antonio Members listen to presentations by the finalists and vote by written ballot. The grant recipients are announced immediately following the vote.
